Shipping Information

Your purchase is important to us, and we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are processed, provided the order is placed before 1 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, or during US holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Lake Elsinore, CA, USA.

Shipping Notice

Delays that may occur within the shipping carrier's network are not the responsibility of Her Signature Academy. Once your order is shipped, please allow up to 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping. If you have questions regarding your order after these timeframes, please reach out to us via email at contact@shantelllanise.com.

Express Shipping Guarantee

We strive to fulfill and dispatch all express orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If your shipment fails to arrive by the promised time, we will refund you the cost of express shipping.

Claiming Your Refund:

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at contact@shantelllanise.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery time.
  2. Provide your order details, including the order number and tracking information.
  3. We will investigate the delay and, upon confirmation, initiate a refund for the express shipping cost.

Refund Criteria:

  • The refund applies only if the express shipment does not meet the promised delivery time.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of the expected delivery time.
  • Refund is contingent upon receiving a refund from the carrier (USPS or UPS).

Tracking Your Order

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed. A second email will follow once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and therefore offer exchanges and store credit on qualifying items.

Merchandise Eligibility:

The following items are eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Merchandise: T-shirts, pants, jumpsuits, sweaters, and hats.

Items such as stationery (notebooks, planners, etc.) and digital products are non-refundable.

Order Refunds

Her Signature Academy does not offer refunds on products, but we are happy to offer store credit for items returned within 7 days of receipt. Products must be in original sale condition to qualify for store credit, meaning they must be unused and undamaged.

Sale Items

All promotional sale items, including BOGO offers, 50% off, and "Buy One Get One" deals, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

Missing, Defective, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Orders Not Received

We assume no liability for orders confirmed as delivered by USPS or UPS. If you cannot locate your package, please notify us immediately and initiate a claim with the carrier. We will also initiate a claim. If the claim is successful, the insured amount can be refunded to you or credited towards a future order.

Order Exchanges and Store Credits

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are still in their original sale condition. Altered items (washed, worn, installed, chemically processed, or dyed) are not eligible for exchange. We will also not process exchanges based on color variations of the items.

Store credit issued for returns is valid for 90 days. After this period, the credit will expire.

Exchange Approval & Shipping

All exchanges must be approved before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Please contact us at contact@shantelllanise.com for approval. Once an exchange is approved, you will be notified via email for further instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges if the correct item has already been received.

Exchanged Item Delivery

Exchange processing typically takes 3-5 business days. If an exchange involves a product of lesser value, the price difference will be issued as store credit, minus shipping fees. If exchanging for a product of greater value, you will receive an invoice for the price difference, plus any additional shipping fees.
