Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to invest in Her Signature Academy. We are committed to providing exceptional value and ensuring you have a transformative experience. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Course Enrollment (12-Week Branding Program)
- Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your enrollment date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
- Conditions: Refunds will only be processed if you have not accessed more than 2 weeks of course content. If you have engaged with any live coaching sessions, resources, or assignments, the refund option will no longer be available.
2. Brand Audit (The First Course Offering)
- Refund Window: Full refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided no services or consultations have been rendered. Once the audit process begins or any personalized feedback has been provided, refunds will not be issued.
3. VIP Day or One-on-One Strategy Sessions
- Refund Window: A full refund will be provided if you cancel your VIP Day or one-on-one strategy session at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled session.
4. Trademark Assistant Services
- Refund Window: Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase, provided that no work has been initiated on your trademark application.
5. Monthly Strategy Session
- Refund Window: Monthly strategy sessions are billed on a subscription basis. If you cancel before the start of the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
6. Membership Tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP)
- Refund Window: Membership fees are non-refundable after the initial 7-day trial period. If you cancel within the trial period, you will receive a full refund for the membership fee paid.
- Canceling Membership: You can cancel your membership at any time, but no partial month refunds will be issued.
